Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 12, 2026

1. Who we are and scope

ContentPilot is operated by Fusion Dynamix LLC, based in Houston, Texas, United States ("we", "us" or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit contentpilot.info, create an account, use our application, connect a website, or participate in our affiliate program.

For privacy questions or requests, contact support@contentpilot.info. This policy covers our handling of information; other websites, connected services and payment providers may also have their own privacy policies.

2. Information we collect

  • Account and communications: your name, email address, sign-in information, workspace membership, preferences, and messages or support requests you send us. If you sign in through Google, we receive the information needed to create and authenticate your account, such as your email and profile name.
  • Connected sites and content: website URLs, business information, Brand DNA, publishing settings, prompts, uploaded material, article drafts, AI-generated text, images and videos, and published content stored in the product. Connections may include API keys, access tokens, publishing credentials or similar information needed to publish to the services you authorize.
  • Usage and technical information: pages visited, actions and feature usage, referral links, timestamps, device and browser information, network information such as IP addresses, and diagnostic, security and error logs. This includes first-party analytics used to understand usage and improve the Service.
  • Billing: subscription status, purchases, invoices, transaction references and limited payment information made available by Stripe. Stripe processes payment card details; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Affiliates: application details, payout email, referral identifiers, referral activity, commissions and payout records. Affiliate reporting limits customer information to masked identifiers rather than full customer names or email addresses.

The Free plan does not require a payment card at signup. A card is not required until you upgrade to a paid plan; paid purchases are processed through Stripe.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, operate workspaces, generate and store AI content, publish to authorized sites, manage billing and affiliate attribution, provide support, monitor reliability, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with legal obligations. We also use usage information to understand onboarding and feature performance and improve the Service.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we rely on performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the Service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where required, including for certain advertising technologies. You may withdraw consent where applicable without affecting earlier lawful processing.

4. Cookies, analytics and advertising measurement

We use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to maintain sign-in sessions, remember preferences, retain referral attribution and support first-party analytics. These technologies may store identifiers and record activity across visits.

We also use Google Ads and related advertising measurement technologies, including tags and cookies or similar identifiers, to measure visits and conversions, such as signups, and understand advertising performance. Google may receive device, browser, network and event information and process it under its own policies. These technologies may associate activity with advertising identifiers; we do not claim that all analytics or advertising information is anonymous.

You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser, use available browser privacy controls, and manage Google's advertising preferences at Google My Ad Center. Blocking storage may affect sign-in, saved preferences or referral attribution. Where consent is required by law, non-essential technologies must be used subject to the applicable consent requirements.

5. AI processing and publishing

To generate or improve content, we send relevant prompts, business and site information, and submitted content to our AI and infrastructure processors. Generated articles and associated media are stored in ContentPilot so you can review, manage and publish them. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your content.

When you authorize publishing, content may become publicly accessible on ContentPilot-hosted pages, feeds and your connected websites. Public material may be copied, indexed or cached by third parties. Deleting it from ContentPilot does not necessarily remove copies on connected sites, search engines or other services. Publishing credentials are used to access the integrations you authorize, not as public article content.

If you submit personal information about other people, you are responsible for having authority to do so and providing any required notices. We process customer-provided information to deliver the requested features.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal data. We share information as needed with processors and service providers supporting hosting, data storage, authentication, AI generation, email delivery, security, support, analytics and payment processing. These include Stripe for payments and Google for sign-in and advertising measurement, as applicable. Providers receive information relevant to their work and may have their own legal obligations and privacy policies.

We share authorized content with connected publishing platforms and information with workspace members as needed for collaboration. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety or investigate abuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition or business transfer, subject to applicable safeguards.

Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, transfers must use applicable legal safeguards.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain account information, connected-site settings and stored content for as long as needed to provide the Service and support your account. Retention depends on the purpose, account activity, operational needs and applicable law; we do not promise a fixed deletion period for every category.

After an account deletion request, information may be retained where necessary for tax and accounting records, payment and commission disputes, fraud prevention, security, legal obligations or resolving claims. Logs and backup copies may remain for a limited operational period until they expire or are overwritten. Public content and copies held by connected platforms or third parties may remain outside our control.

To request deletion of your account or stored information, email support@contentpilot.info. Disconnecting or revoking a connection with the provider can prevent further access to that service.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect account information, stored content and publishing credentials. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep sign-in details and integration credentials secure, limit the permissions you grant, and contact support@contentpilot.info if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. You may also have rights concerning targeted advertising or sharing as defined by local law, and to appeal a privacy decision or complain to a data-protection authority.

You can update available account settings directly, or contact support@contentpilot.info to request access, correction or deletion, exercise other applicable rights, or appeal a decision. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting and will respond within applicable legal timelines. Some requests are subject to legal exceptions; we will explain any applicable limitations. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Manage browser storage and advertising preferences as described above. If you are an affiliate, you can also manage affiliate notification preferences in your dashboard.

10. Children's privacy

ContentPilot is intended for people aged 18 or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact support@contentpilot.info so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or legal requirements change. We will update the date on this page and provide additional notice where required for material changes.
