ContentPilot Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 12, 2026 · Effective: October 12, 2026
1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of ContentPilot, including the website at https://contentpilot.info, the ContentPilot application, hosted article pages, integrations and related services (together, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Fusion Dynamix LLC, based in Houston, Texas, United States ("ContentPilot", "we", "us" or "our").
By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a subscription or video pack, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf and "you" refers to that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Additional terms may apply to specific features. Participation in our affiliate program is governed by the Affiliate Terms. Current plans and prices are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you register for a business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.
You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You may sign in with an email link, a password, or a third-party sign-in provider such as Google. You are responsible for keeping access to your email and sign-in methods secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@contentpilot.info if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
You may not create accounts using false information, create multiple accounts or workspaces to evade plan or usage limits (including the Free weekly allowance), or register on behalf of someone else without authority. We may suspend or close accounts that do so, as described in Section 19.
3. Description of Services
ContentPilot is a subscription software service that helps you plan, write, illustrate, schedule and publish SEO blog articles. Depending on your plan, features may include AI-generated articles, topic planning and queues, Brand DNA settings, AI cover images, SEO scoring and article improvement, manual review or automatic publishing, content calendars, hosted article pages, publishing to connected websites, competitor insights, content-gap analysis, AI Visibility tracking, internal linking assistance, AI promotional videos, and multi-website management.
These are different services with different outcomes. In particular:
- Content creation and optimization means we generate and suggest improvements to text and images.
- SEO scoring is our own internal assessment, not a score from Google or any search engine.
- Scheduling and publishing delivery means we attempt to send or host content at the times you configure.
- Search engine indexing and performance are decided by third parties and are not services we provide or control (see Section 7).
Available features depend on your plan and may change over time as described in Section 26.
4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The Service uses artificial intelligence provided by third parties to generate articles, images and videos. AI output can be wrong. Generated content may contain factual inaccuracies, outdated information, incorrect statistics, fabricated quotes or references, unsupported or misleading claims, content similar to third-party material, possible copyright or trademark concerns, inaccurate images, or misrepresentations of products, people or places.
We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original, unique, lawful, free of third-party rights, eligible for copyright protection, or suitable for any purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated content, verifying material claims, and making sure your use of it complies with the laws and advertising rules that apply to you.
Regulated topics. Content about medical, health, legal, financial, investment, tax, insurance, safety or other regulated subjects is not professional advice. If you publish on these topics, you must have it reviewed by a qualified person before relying on it or publishing it.
5. Automatic Publishing Authorization
You choose how articles are published. With manual review, articles wait for your approval before they are published. With automatic publishing (autopilot) enabled, you authorize ContentPilot to generate, format, transmit, update and publish content to your hosted pages or connected websites according to your settings, without asking you to approve each article.
Automatically published content can occasionally contain incorrect statements, unsuitable wording, unexpected formatting, inaccurate images, or publishing errors, and may need correction or removal. You remain responsible for monitoring what is published under your brand and should review your published content periodically, even on autopilot. You can switch to manual review, pause schedules, edit or unpublish articles at any time. Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for our own breach of these Terms or our obligations under applicable law.
6. Website Connections and Third-Party Integrations
You can publish to ContentPilot-hosted pages or connect your own website. Supported connection types currently include Lovable-built sites, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and custom publishing endpoints. Other platforms may be offered in a limited or setup-required form; availability is shown in the app.
You confirm you own or are authorized to manage any website you connect, and you authorize us to send content and publishing requests to it. Connections depend on third-party platforms, hosting, credentials and configurations that we do not control, and may stop working when those change. We cannot guarantee compatibility with every website, theme, plugin or platform update.
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials and keys you use to connect sites, and for revoking them on your platform if you no longer want ContentPilot to publish there.
7. SEO Results and Search Engine Disclaimer
ContentPilot does not guarantee, and nothing on our website promises:
- Google or other search engine rankings, including first-page placement or specific keyword positions
- Indexing of any page, or continued search visibility
- Increases in organic traffic, leads, sales, conversion rates or revenue
- Google Discover placement
- Citations or mentions by AI systems such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok or others
Search and AI-assistant results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms, competition, your website's technical health, authority and history. Our SEO scores and progress stages are proprietary assessments, not official scores. Competitor insights and AI Visibility measurements are estimates based on limited sampling and may be incomplete or approximate.
8. Subscription Plans and Usage Limits
We offer a Free plan and paid plans (currently Starter, Growth and Pro), billed monthly or yearly. Current prices, the number of websites, article allowances and included features for each plan are shown on the Pricing page and at checkout, and those disclosures form part of your purchase. Prices are shown before applicable taxes.
Free signup does not require a payment card; a card is only required when you upgrade to a paid plan.
8.1 Allowances
- The Free plan includes a limited number of websites and a weekly article allowance. The Free week starts on Monday (UTC); unused Free articles do not roll over.
- Paid plans include a daily article allowance per connected website, up to the plan's website limit. Unused daily allowances do not roll over.
- Some paid plans include a monthly promotional video allowance that resets each calendar month (UTC) without rollover. Certain higher-resolution video options use more than one allowance unit (see Section 11).
8.2 No guaranteed output
Allowances are maximums, not guarantees. We do not guarantee uninterrupted daily publication or that a specific number of articles will be successfully generated or published in any period (see Section 16).
9. Payments, Billing, and Automatic Renewal
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. By purchasing a paid plan you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period (monthly or yearly, as selected at checkout) until you cancel. Paid subscriptions renew automatically. Applicable sales tax, VAT or similar taxes are calculated at checkout and added to the price.
You must keep a valid payment method on file. If a renewal payment fails, we will notify the workspace owner and Stripe may retry the charge; if payment is not recovered, the subscription may end and the workspace may return to the Free plan. Only the workspace owner can purchase, change or cancel the subscription. Billing details, invoices and payment methods can be managed through the Stripe customer portal linked from the Billing page.
If we change prices, we will give advance notice as required by law, and changes apply from your next billing period, not the one you have already paid for.
10. Cancellation, Downgrades, and Refunds
10.1 Cancellation
The workspace owner can cancel at any time from the Billing page or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep paid access until then, after which the workspace returns to the Free plan and Free limits apply.
10.2 Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately, and you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current paid period; you are not refunded for the difference. After a downgrade or cancellation, features and allowances of the lower plan apply, and scheduled publishing for websites above the new plan's website limit may stop until you reduce the number of websites or upgrade.
10.3 Content after cancellation
Cancelling a paid plan does not by itself delete your account, articles or hosted pages; your workspace continues on the Free plan. Articles already published to your own website remain there under your control.
10.4 Refunds
Except as described here or required by law, subscription fees and video pack purchases are generally non-refundable once the billing period or pack has begun to be used, and unused allowances or credits are not refunded. We may issue refunds at our discretion, for example in the case of a billing error or a significant service failure; contact support@contentpilot.info. Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
11. Promotional AI Videos and Video Packs
Eligible paid plans can generate short AI promotional videos using third-party video generation technology. Plans include a monthly allowance, and you can buy one-time video packs that add credits to your workspace. Current allowances, resolutions and pack prices are shown in the app and at checkout.
- Monthly plan allowances are used first; pack credits are used once the allowance is exhausted.
- Higher-resolution options (such as 720p on eligible plans) use two units per video.
- Generation can take several minutes, may be delayed, and may fail due to third-party availability. We may limit how many videos run at once or pause generation temporarily.
- We do not offer unlimited retries. Whether a failed generation is credited back is decided case by case; contact us if a video fails.
- Pack credits are tied to the workspace that bought them and are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
- AI video may contain visual inaccuracies, distorted text, or unrealistic depictions. Review videos before publishing or using them in advertising.
You may use the videos you generate for your own commercial marketing, subject to Sections 12 and 14 and any restrictions that apply to the underlying AI provider.
12. Intellectual Property and Generated Content Ownership
12.1 Your materials
You keep all rights you have in materials you provide, including your website content, logos, trademarks, images, product information and Brand DNA ("Customer Materials"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, process, adapt, transmit and display Customer Materials and generated content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the Service for you, including publishing to the destinations you choose.
12.2 Generated output
As between you and ContentPilot, and to the extent permitted by law and our AI providers' terms, we assign to you any rights we have in the articles, images and videos generated for your workspace. We do not promise that generated output is protectable by copyright or exclusive to you. Because AI systems can produce similar output for different users, other customers may receive similar content.
12.3 Our platform
ContentPilot, its software, design, brand, logos, documentation and underlying technology are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or create competing products from the Service, except as allowed by law. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners.
13. Brand DNA and Customer-Provided Materials
You are responsible for the information you supply, including Brand DNA, website URLs, business descriptions, product claims, logos and images, and for having the rights to supply them. When you ask us to generate Brand DNA from your website, we read publicly available pages of that site; you confirm you are authorized to have us do so. Some websites block automated reading, in which case the result may be incomplete. Review and correct your Brand DNA, because it guides what the AI writes.
14. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create or publish unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, or deceptive content
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights
- Publish spam, doorway pages, scraped content, or other content designed to manipulate search engines in violation of their policies
- Impersonate any person or business, or make false claims about products, health or finances
- Publish to websites you are not authorized to manage
- Probe, overload, disrupt or bypass security, rate limits or usage limits of the Service
- Resell or share access to the Service outside your organization without our permission
15. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers, including for hosting and database infrastructure, payments (Stripe), AI text and image generation, AI video generation, email delivery, and the website platforms you connect. Their outages, restrictions, rate limits or policy changes can affect the Service. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. References to third-party products do not imply endorsement of, or a partnership with, ContentPilot.
16. Scheduled Publishing and Service Availability
Scheduled publishing is an automated workflow that we work to run reliably, not a guarantee of uptime or delivery. Articles may be delayed, retried, held for review, or fail to publish because of failed AI generation, invalid or expired credentials, rate limits, hosting or endpoint errors, website configuration changes, third-party outages, maintenance, or temporary restrictions. We do not guarantee automatic recovery from every failure, and your allowance and the number of articles actually published may differ.
17. Hosted Articles and Public Content
If you publish to ContentPilot-hosted pages, your articles are publicly accessible on our domain and may be indexed by search engines and listed in our sitemap. You are responsible for that content as if it were published on your own website. You can unpublish or delete articles in the app. Removing an article does not immediately remove copies cached or indexed by search engines or other third parties, or copies already published to your connected sites, and we cannot control how quickly those are updated.
18. Privacy, Data Processing, and Security
To provide the Service we process account information, workspace and website connection data, Brand DNA, generated content, stored images and videos, subscription and billing status (card details are held by Stripe), usage and analytics data, and, for affiliates, payout and referral information. Content you submit is sent to our AI and infrastructure providers to generate output. Details are set out in our Privacy Policy.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security. To request account deletion or ask about your data, contact support@contentpilot.info.
19. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access, pause publishing, or remove content if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, failed to pay, created a security risk, used the Service illegally, or abused the platform, or if required by law. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to fix the problem first.
On termination, publishing, website connections and hosted pages may stop and stored data may be deleted after a reasonable period. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account by contacting support@contentpilot.info. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 7, 12, 22, 23, 24 and 25) survive termination.
20. Affiliate Program
ContentPilot runs a separate affiliate program. Participation, commissions, attribution, payouts and reversals are governed by the Affiliate Terms and the details on the affiliate program page. If those terms conflict with these Terms on an affiliate matter, the Affiliate Terms control.
21. Intellectual Property Complaints
If you believe content hosted or generated through the Service infringes your rights, email support@contentpilot.info with: your contact details, the work you claim is infringed, the URL of the content, a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them. We will review notices promptly and may remove or disable content and notify the customer who published it.
22. Warranties and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service, including generated articles, images and videos, SEO assessments, integrations and hosted pages, is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with your website, or produce any business outcome. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; in that case they apply only to the extent permitted, and any warranties that cannot be excluded by law remain.
23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ContentPilot and its owners, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost revenue, profits, traffic, search rankings, data, goodwill or business opportunities, business interruption, publishing errors, incorrect content, or third-party outages, arising from or related to the Service, even if advised of the possibility.
Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US $100.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
24. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify ContentPilot against third-party claims, and related losses and reasonable legal fees, to the extent they arise from your Customer Materials, content you choose to publish, unlawful or infringing content you direct us to create or publish, websites you connect without authorization, your misuse of the Service, or your breach of these Terms. We will notify you of the claim and let you control the defense, and you will not settle a claim that imposes obligations on us without our consent.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@contentpilot.info and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If not resolved, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep any right to bring a claim in the courts of your place of residence and any protections of your local law that cannot be waived by contract.
26. Changes to Services, Pricing, and Terms
We regularly improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. If we make a material change that significantly reduces a paid feature you rely on, we will give reasonable notice. Price changes for existing subscriptions apply only from a future billing period after notice; existing pricing arrangements are honored as communicated to you.
We may update these Terms. We will change the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify account owners by email or in the app before they take effect, where required by law. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
27. International Use
ContentPilot is operated from the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you are responsible for complying with local laws, including rules about published content and marketing. You may have additional rights under the laws of your country, and nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot be waived.
28. Force Majeure
Neither party is responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, widespread internet or infrastructure failures, major cloud or AI provider outages, government actions, or labor disputes. This does not excuse your obligation to pay for services already provided.
29. Miscellaneous
- Severability. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Pricing and checkout disclosures, the Privacy Policy and any supplemental terms (such as the Affiliate Terms), are the entire agreement between us about the Service.
- Order of precedence. For a specific feature, supplemental terms control over these Terms where they conflict.
- No waiver. Not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
- Relationship. The parties are independent contractors.
- Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices electronically, by email or in the app.
